A city scene with a juxtaposition of contrasting old and new buildings with a fence showing how this is a neighborhood and outside are the two black cats who seem to be regulars just saying hello. A sweet depiction of neighbors such as the cats and also the old building stands out like an eisore in the midst of high rise and each coexists in their own space.
